A veteran of the Whistler real estate market, I have been assisting my clients with their real estate needs since moving to the resort in 1997. Wendy and I made the move from the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong to the rather more laid back mountain life here in beautiful British Columbia. We settled in quickly and our two daughters have enjoyed the experience of growing up in a small, diverse, and welcoming community.
I have enjoyed a successful real estate career since obtaining my BC license back in 1989. Prior to moving to Whistler, I was working in commercial real estate, spending many years with the Vancouver and Hong Kong offices of Colliers International. Prior to that, I was a Detective Inspector with The Royal Hong Police and then spent a couple of years in various parts of Asia as a private investigator…. interesting times!
I’ve worked on real estate projects in The United States, China, Hong Kong, The Turks and Caicos Islands, Mauritius, The Philippines, and Dubai, and in 2019 I was as a consultant to the developer of Secret Garden, host location for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.
